1. Subject and scope of transportation

The delivery policy applies to all customers ordering through the website and will fulfill all shipping requests for global customers.

2. Shipping method

    2.1 Receiving goods directly at our company

For direct customers, please carefully check the goods and compare the products with documents before receipt.

In case the goods need to be transferred from another warehouse in our system, sales staff will contact you to renegotiate the delivery time.

    2.2 Online orders via our webshop

Domestic & international delivery charges: Update according to the carrier's price list at the time of delivery.

Delivery time: According to the shipping company's regulations, depending on the shipping method the customer chooses.

- Express delivery: 1 day within Hanoi, other provinces 2-3 days, remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days.

- Economy delivery: 2 days within Hanoi, other provinces 5-7 days.

- FedEx Economy international delivery: Depends on destination.

Please check the product carefully as soon as you receive it. If there is any problem related to the type, design, quality, or quantity of the goods different from your order, please notify us immediately for coordinated solution. If there is no problem, please receive the goods and pay tax (if any).

    2.3 Transaction amendment/ cancellation

In the following cases, you can change or cancel the transaction:

- Our company has confirmed that the product has not been sent out.

- If the product has been sent, if there is any change, customer shall bear the shipping fee.

Normally after receiving order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to customers with status of payment receipt and delivery time. However, there are also cases which delivery takes longer but only occurs in force majeure situations as follows:

- Our staff cannot contact customers by phone so we cannot deliver.

- The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.

- A sudden increase in the number of orders causes slow order processing.

- The partner provides goods slower than expected, causing the delivery to be delayed or the shipping partner's delivery is delayed.
